How to register?

•   Authors are requested to submit the Abstract as per the prescribed format.(downloads section)
•   After the acceptance of the abstract, the authors will be intimated to register for the conference
•   Submission of abstract needs to be done electronically via the Conference Mail id eventsatcwm@gmail.com
•   On Acceptance of the Abstract, at least one of the authors MUST register on or before the deadline along with filled in registration form and payment.
•   Certificate will be provided only for the registered participant.
•   Upon successful registration, the paper must be presented in the conference according to the Program Schedule.
        Failure to do so will result in exclusion of the paper during the publication process.
•   During Payment via Wire Transfer (Netbanking) kindly mention ICETAS after your name (Ex: XXYYZZ ICETAS)

The following documents shall also be submitted along with the camera ready paper.

1. Camera ready paper is strictly in template (in Microsoft office word file) in Downloads section
2. Filled in registration form (scanned copy)
3. Proof for registration fee paid
4. Plagiarism report (if available)

Camera Ready Paper (CRP) guidelines

Please check the following before submitting final camera paper:

1. Title of the paper and authors names and affiliations are correct with proper spacing and perfect details.
2. E-mail id of the corresponding author has been provided before the abstract.
3. Title should be clear and reflect the content of the paper precisely.
4. Author(s) name and affiliations are in order (Do not include the designation of authors such as Lecturer, Professor, Research scholar, student and so on..)
5. Do not include prefix to any authors such as Dr., Mr and so on..
6. Please make sure that the plagiarism score of the camera ready paper is below 10%
7. All the figures and tables given in the paper are numbered properly and cited in the text in appropriate places. (This is very important that all the figures/tables should be mentioned in the text)
8. Please pay attention and ensure the language of the paper is good.
9. All the figures and graphs given in the paper are in good resolution
10. All the equations are typed using equation editor
11. Do not include the author(s) biography at the end of the paper.
12. Please do not use first person pronouns such as I, we, us and extra throughout the paper.
13. Citations of the references in the body of the paper is in line with IOP template.
14. In the acknowledgement section, do not acknowledge the co-authors and also the affiliated Institute/centre.

The camera ready papers in Microsoft office word document shall be submitted to the same mail id (eventsatcwm@gmail.com) as soon as possible. Other formats of the camera ready paper such as pdf alone WILL NOT BE accepted by the ICETAS committee.
